Ordering and payment

To place an order, you'll need to add the items you wish to purchase to your basket, then proceed to checkout by following the steps below.

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, CB, Mastercard).

Yes, we use a fully secure payment system.

Shipping and Delivery

Our deliveries are made via the GLS carrier.

Standard delivery times are between 48h and 72h, unless otherwise specified on our website, especially during the holiday season.

An order tracking system is available in your customer area.

No, we don't deliver internationally.

Accounts receivable and management

At the bottom of our home page, the "Your customer account" section allows you to create an account.

By creating a customer account you can benefit from additional advantages, such as earning loyalty points, viewing your order history and tracking your current shipments.

By clicking on the "lost password" button when you log in to your customer account. A reset link will then be emailed to you, enabling you to set a new password.

Promotions and Discounts

By creating a customer account on our website, you will be able to collect loyalty points as you place orders, and then benefit from discounts.

1€ purchase (excluding shipping) = 1 loyalty point. From 100 loyalty points you can benefit from a 5€ discount on your next purchase (valid only on our website, no time limit).

As soon as a promotional offer is launched on our site, we inform our customers and specify the terms and conditions for using and applying the discounts.

Coupon codes are added at checkout. Once you've selected your items, go to your shopping cart, where you'll find a "promo code" box for inserting the code, then click on "apply promo code" to take advantage of the offer.
