DELIVERY
Delivery zone
The products offered by Cruzilles can only be delivered to Metropolitan France, including Corsica. Orders cannot be shipped to DOM/TOM or to addresses outside this territory. During the ordering process, the customer must indicate a valid delivery address within this geographical area.
Shipping time
Orders are prepared and invoiced generally within 72 hours of dispatch of products in stock. These processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. An e-mail message will automatically be sent to the customer at the time of dispatch, provided that the e-mail address supplied at registration is correct.
Delivery times & costs
During the order process, Cruzilles informs the customer of the different delivery options available and the estimated delivery time for each option. Delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery method chosen by the customer and will be added to the price of the products purchased. Specific details concerning delivery times and costs are available on the Cruzilles website.
Terms of delivery
Packages are delivered to the customer upon signature and presentation of proof of identity at the post office or parcel post. In the event of absence, a delivery notice will be left, allowing the customer to collect the parcel from the post office indicated. These procedures may vary according to the carrier's choice and delivery policy.
Delivery problems
The customer is informed of the expected delivery date when choosing the carrier at the end of the online order process, before confirming the order. Deliveries will be made within a maximum of 30 days. If Cruzilles is unable to meet this deadline, the customer must give Cruzilles formal notice to deliver within a reasonable time. In the event of non-delivery, the customer may cancel the contract.
In the event of cancellation, Cruzilles will refund the total amount paid by the customer, including taxes and delivery charges, without undue delay from receipt of the cancellation letter, by the same means of payment used at the time of purchase.
Cruzilles is responsible for the delivery until the product is handed over to the customer. In the event of damage or partial loss upon delivery, please contact our customer service department.

- Card expiry date
- Visual cryptogram (the last 3 digits on the back of your card)
Your bank details are fully encrypted before being transmitted from your computer to the Cyberplus payment server. At no time does this information circulate unencrypted on the Internet.

- Data encryption: All banking information is encrypted using SSL protocol, guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of your data.
- Secure transmission: The Cyberplus Paiement server sends its authorization to our site. If your bank refuses payment, we receive no information about the reasons for this refusal, thus protecting the confidentiality of your bank details.
- Protection of exchanges: Exchanges between you and the Cyberplus Paiement server are fully encrypted. Cruzilles has no access to your bank details, guaranteeing maximum protection.
