Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g of flour
- 100 g butter
- 200 g of Cruzilles® chestnut cream
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- 1 pinch of salt
- Cruzilles® candied chestnut pieces Cruzilles® candied chestnuts
Steps in the recipe
1. Prepare the mixture.
Place the eggs in a food processor with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together, then add the flour and baking powder. Next, add the softened butter, chestnut cream, and rum.
2. Bake the muffins
Place in a muffin tin, previously floured, and bake at 150°C for 40 minutes.
3. Decorate the muffins
Using a piping bag, pipe chestnut cream onto the cooled muffins, then sprinkle with candied chestnut pieces.
