Ingredients
- 120 g of Cruzilles® candied bergamot paste
- 40 g milk
- 50 g sunflower oil
- 20 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 70 g flour
- 3 g baking powder
- Cruzilles® candied citron cubes
Steps in the recipe
1. Prepare the liquid base
Using a hand blender, blend the bergamot paste with the milk, oil, and brown sugar until smooth.
2. Add the remaining ingredients.
Using a whisk, add the egg, then the flour and baking powder mixture that has been sifted beforehand. Mix just enough to obtain a smooth batter.
3. Molding
Divide the batter into 5 portions of 65g each and place in muffin tins. Sprinkle a few cubes of citron on top.
4. Cooking
Bake at 340°F for 15 to 16 minutes.
