Raspberry-filled gummy bears

Maison Cruzilles collaborated with chef Héloïse Latil to create exclusive recipes. Together, we worked on original creations, specially designed to showcase our products and expertise.

Ingredients

 

Steps in the recipe

1. Prepare the mixture.

Mix the eggs with the yogurt and sugar. Add the flour, then the baking powder, and mix everything well again. Take a little dough and add the food coloring.

2. Pour part of the mixture into the mold.

Mix well and pipe the batter (ideally using a piping bag) into the feet, ears, and hands of the mold (after buttering it).

3. Place the molds in the freezer.

Place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes (to prevent the pasta from sticking together).

4. Finish making the teddy bears.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the mold from the freezer and pour batter into each mold. Add a dollop of jam to the center of each mold, then cover with the remaining batter.

4. Cook the gummy bears.

Bake for 15 minutes, then carefully remove from the pan once it has cooled.
