Florence Besançon (confirmed customer) –
Very disappointed with this ultra-sweet and not very flavorful quince paste. On the other hand, we discovered on the packaging that the paste comes from Spain. It would have been interesting to know this before purchasing...

We are sincerely sorry to hear about your disappointment and thank you for taking the time to share your opinion.
The quinces used in our quince paste come from Spain. We do our utmost to favor local suppliers, but unfortunately this is not always possible due to constraints in terms of supply and availability of fruit.
Quince paste is part of our Grande Tradition range. It is therefore made using a pure fruit recipe: only quince purée is used. It is precisely to preserve all the fruit's flavor and not alter its aromas that we use sugar as the only natural preservative, in accordance with traditional methods.
We are sorry that this product did not meet your expectations.
Please feel free to contact us via our contact form: we would be delighted to hear from you.

An original product that caught my eye in the store. It's actually really nice as an accompaniment to a cheese platter. Thanks to the sales assistant for the recommendation 😉
