Our expertise as master confectioners is fully expressed in our creations, particularly in the production of our signature product, the Pavé Grande Tradition.

We have successfully transformed a product steeped in tradition into a confectionery item that meets the new expectations of consumers. To preserve all their flavor and melt-in-the-mouth texture, it is recommended that you store them in their original packaging, carefully resealed, away from heat, humidity, and light. A stable room temperature is ideal; there is no need to refrigerate them, as this may alter their texture.
